2008 Chrysler 300 crd. will not start. Battery OK - all lights incl. dashboard OK. Electrical connections to starter OK. Error code 0615. Has a few times started when gear selector was moved - but still in park. Has removed gear selector quadrant - contacts seems OK. Suspect faulty starter relay/starter. Any other suggestions?

P0615 Start signal circuit

Test the starter relay from the TIPM (Total integrated power module), if it does start at times, you reprogram the PCM, ( these are known problem)
