What does the J1850 code mean?

I have a Ford F-150 and diagnostic comes up with J1850 PWM ok. Tried resetting and still came back up about a week later. Any help out there?

Vehicle: 2001 Ford F-150 XTR 4x4 5.4 L Triton engine.

J1850 this is the OBD protacol, which the ECM communicated at this speed to a scan tool this is not a code. A engine code will have a "P" such as P0XXX or P1XXX this is just the communication speed.
